We produce physical objects with a QR code and a character — today 3D prints — and leave them out in the world: on a bench, in a café, clipped to a backpack. Whoever finds one scans it, leaves a mark, then moves it and sends it back out somewhere else. Every stop stays on that character's public map, forever.
